Our vans can pick up from any of those locations, for the fun trip up the mountains where our facilities are located. This is also an interesting trip. You will get acquainted with a large part of the city so that you have a general idea of the everyday life of the Vallartans. As the van leaves the city you will eventually come upon the unpaved portion of the road. The remote area is needed to fully enjoy these activities. The place is spectacular, really worth the drive
Facilities
The main building is a huge palapa "thatched covered roof". There is a building for shows, and area to check your photos, tequila tasting area, bar, infinity pool, restaurant, lockers, and of course bathrooms
So, you can see we have all the staff equipment and materials to make a high quality excursion
Security
Once you arrive at our facilities you will be taken to an area to get ready for the excursion. There will be a detailed explanation of the route, as well as the hand signals the guides will be using. Such as, slow down, speed up, or when we will be entering a section of the mountain
We will teach you how to use the ATV. We want to make sure that everyone is well versed on how to drive an ATV especially those that have never driven one before and have no idea what to expect as this type of car takes you across the mountains
The ATV's and safety equipment are all in good condition, well maintained and thoroughly cleaned
ATV Tour
During the ATV Tour we will go up and down the mountain side routes that have various obstacles such as grooves, racks and potholes. You might get wet during the passage of several paddles and streams. The area is beautiful, river flowing, unexpected terrain, and a beautiful tropical forest surround you
We will stop at various parts of the route where we can tell you a bit about the history of the region. Here you will see some of the most spectacular views in the western sierra madre
The guides will always be there for you attentive to your needs. they will help you with any questions, suggestions, recommendations or advice you may need. They will always take in consideration the integrity of the excursion and ensuring everyone is having fun
One of the most interesting stops is a visit to a small waterfall where you are free to swim. In the corner there is a large rock area where the most adventurous can safely dive
This stop is a favorite for most because after the rush of atving through the mountains swimming in a virgin river gives you the utmost intimate contact with nature and all of its beauty, This cannot be achieved just anywhere
Do not forget to bring a swimsuit a change of dry clothes, towels so that you are comfortable and enjoy this part of the excursion as much as possible
Jorullo suspension bridge
If you want to add even more adrenaline, we have the longest suspension bridge in the world that crosses the sierra madre occidental over the Cuale river. This is one of the most representative of Puerto Vallarta
It took 18 months to build and it measures a total of 47 meters long. It has a height of 150 meters. When you cross this amazing bridge you will be able to enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the river

Tequila tasting
After the ATV excursion we have an explanation of the preparation of the national drink of Mexico which is Tequila. Jalisco is the cradle of it, it is a very interesting aspect there are many different flavors such as almonds, mango etc
Tequila is prepared in a wide variety of drinks, but the most famous are margaritas. There will be fun toast that will be the delight of our visitors
It is important to mention that the tequila tasting is 100% optional
Photos
Throughout the entire tour there will be a photographer taking photos of everything that you are experiencing. It is difficult as well as dangerous for clients to take photos. The photographers are trained to capture the best moments of the tour. In the end you will have the option to see the photos and you can decide if you would like to buy them or not. Again 100% optional

1.- ¿Pasan por mí al hotel?
Si, siempre y cuando el hotel esté dentro de nuestra rutas pre establecidas
Manda un email con el nombre del hotel y con gusto le podemos confirmar la hora estimada de que pasaremos por ustedes.
2.- Estoy en un AIRBNB ¿Pueden pasar por mí?
Desafortunadamente si no están en algún hotel, se nos complica enormemente pasar por ustedes, sin embargo, podemos establecer un lugar de reunión cercano en donde nos podremos ver sin ningún problema.
3.- Quiero que pasen por mi en un horario especifico, ¿es posible?
Ya tenemos compromisos con horarios de pickup pactados en contratos anteriores, desafortunadamente, tenemos varios canales de ventas y ya tenemos comprometidos horarios estrictos de pickup.
4.- ¿En qué horario pasarían por nosotros?
Depende de la localización de su hotel, Cuando usted haga la reserva formal, se le mandara un recibo de confirmación de servicios en donde estará la hora estimado de pickup, le pedimos estar puntual pues el tiempo de tolerancia en esos casos es muy reducido.
5.- ¿Cómo los reconozco?
Cuando se le mande su recibo de confirmación de servicios se le enviara toda la información detallada, pero es fácil vamos a vocear su nombre que estará en una lista con toda su información como nombre completo, números telefónicos para que compruebe que si somos las mismas personas.
6.- ¿En que vehículo me pasarían a buscar?
Usualmente en camionetas toyota hiace o sprinters, pero puede variar dependiendo de la disponibilidad de las unidades.
7.- Como se si van a pasar con nosotros
Se le garantizamos, si es usted una persona muy desconfiada, hagamos un trato pague todo el día de la excursión (Pago en efectivo) *Aplican restricciones*.
Solo le pedimos que si por alguna razón no van a poder asistir nos avise lo mas pronto posible para evitar malgastar recursos.
8.- Se me hizo tarde ¿Me pueden esperar?
Tengo que ser muy sincero, es muy difícil, pues recuerde que tenemos que pasar por mas gente y la gente que esta a bordo se puede desesperar y presionarnos para irnos, le pedimos encarecidamente que estén puntuales en el lugar de reunión, en caso contrario tendría que llegar por su cuenta a nuestras instalaciones
9.- Ya estoy en el lugar de reunión, pero no los veo ¿qué hago?
Llame inmediatamente al numero de contacto que estará impreso en su recibo de confirmación de servicios, en donde le informaran en donde esta la camioneta o si hay algún retraso.
1.- Por las prisas no pude imprimir el recibo de confirmación de servicios ¿Que sucede?
No pasa nada, puede solicitar un recibo directamente a su WhatsApp o solo con su nombre y su número de confirmación que estará en su recibo de confirmación de servicios
2.- ¿Puedo enseñar mi recibo en mi celular?
Si. De hecho, es el método recomendado, por favor en la medida de lo posible no malgaste hojas, estamos en el siglo XXI, no es necesario
3.- ¿Cómo debo ir vestido?

El método recomendado es a través de la página web, pero también puede ser por WhatsApp, email o llamada telefónica
2.- ¿Como se que la reserva ya está hecha?
Si se le mando un recibo de confirmación de servicios, con su numero de confirmación, es una señal que la reserva ya está formalizada, pero cualquier duda por favor manda un email

4.- ¿Con cuanta anticipación puedo hacer mi reserva?
El marco de reservaciones en donde podemos garantizar el mismo precio, es desde 1 mes antes de la excursión hasta 1 noche antes de la excursión
5.- ¿Puedo pasar mi reservación a otra persona?
Si, siempre y cuando nos avise y pase la información de la otra persona
6.- ¿Puedo cambiar la fecha de mi reservación?
Si, siempre y cuando nos avise lo mas pronto posible para que esos espacios se puedan vender con algún otro cliente
7.- ¿No me siento bien? ¿Puedo cancelar?
Si, claro somos conscientes que a veces la cosas no salen como se planean, solo avísanos lo más pronto posible pata evitar penalizaciones
8.- ¿Cuáles son las políticas de cancelación y reembolso?
Usualmente son los siguientes criterios, pero puede variar por favor manda un email
- Reembolso del 100% si es con 48 horas de anticipación
- No hay reembolso si es no show
9.- ¿Puedo cancelar o cambiar la fecha de mi visita?
Si, solo avísenos lo mas pronto posible, para hacer los ajustes necesarios

Recomendamos entre 1 mes antes y una noche antes de la excursión

- Minimum age to drive 18 years
- Minimum age of the companion 6 years
- Maximum weight single rider 242 lbs
- Maximum weight double rider 484 lbs
- Visa and mastercard only
- A charge of $10 USD per ATV will be collected for collision insurance (non refundable). This will be paid upon arrival at the registration area (Cover $3500 USD to the unit)
- People with asthma, heart problems, back problems and pregnant women are not allowed
- People under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not allowed
- Be physically and emotionally well
- Have a feeling of tolerance / respect towards others
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes people can get sick, or things happened without our control. We only ask that if you will no be able to take the excursion please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make necessary adjustments within our operation

"My partner and I did the zip line tour. I did one last year and this was his first time. Alejandro and Rafael were our guides and they were excellent. They made the whole thing fun, interesting, informative and safe. Treated us like friends. The views area amazing and the ziplines are long and have great views, and not just a handful of runs, either. More than a dozen. This company has ATV and horseback riding tours, too. Best of all, it's only about 20 minutes out of Puerto Vallarta, and they provide transportation, so you can fit the activity into your day without any trouble. There's a restaurant, gift shop, tequila tour, etc. at the end. All very nice. I would definitely go back. If you have never gone ziplining before, you have to try it once. If you've done it before, you'll love this one!"

"We did the expedition with the zipline and ATV riding! It was incredible! Ramiro and Esteban were so funny and made this experience absolutely amazing! Mule rides at the end added to the uniqueness of the event! After we finshed ziplining we had lunch and then rode Atv's. Greatest part about ATV ride was that it had rained the night before so there was lots of mud! We then rode up to a place that had swimming holes and a small bar! It was beyond words what it was like to sit in these swimming holes with small waterfalls with pacificos in our hands and light drizzle! We will never forget it!"

We then went over to the Ziplines - WOW - fun, fun, fun. Guides were funny and friendly. I would only caution that there is a lot of stairs and climbing between ziplines - something people need to be warned ahead of time about. We stayed and ate lunch, and it was VERY good! Buses took us right back to our hotel. Just a great & fun day! Thanks!"
