11 zip lines that go from mountain to mountain with the majestic Cuale river as the backdrop. The last zipline ends in the river (optional). In addition there will be a mule ride back to base camp, where there will be an optional tequila tasting

Detailed Description
Due to its geographical location at the top of the Sierra Madre Occidental, Puerto Vallarta is the perfect place for ziplining. The mountains are high, allowing adventurers to reach top speeds. Several rivers which flow into the bay below, adds more beauty to this exciting excursion.

Shuttle Service
The Zipline tour in Puerto Vallarta has shuttle service conveniently located in sites throughout the city such as the entrance to Nuevo Vallarta in Nayarit. If you are coming from a cruise, just a few steps outside of the maritime terminal we have a meeting place. Also if you are staying in the Vallarta area or in the area of Conchas Chinas or Mismaloya we have 2 pickup locations
Our facilities are located upriver from the city of Puerto Vallarta, the route goes through the entire city and goes deep into the old part of Puerto Vallarta. Making it a very interesting journey
The path at the end of the route is unpaved which is part of the adventure due to the remote mountainous area. The positive, is that it is very interesting and you get to see with your own eyes the normal activity of the city, something you won't find with any paid tour of the city
Facilities
The location is amazing, I think it is the best of all the tours in Puerto Vallarta. You see the best of both worlds, you get to see the city, and then are transformed to the jungle area surrounded by trees, nature, mountains, and the river where you will finish your zipline. A very impressive tour
This area has lockers to store all of your belongings. There is also a restaurant area, and a swimming pool, There are bathrooms available at this location. We have everything you need to have an incredible day and be sure that you are in good hands
Security
Your safety is always our main concern, without forgetting that fun is also an essential part of this excursion
Once you are ready the super friendly guides will give you some safety instructions and even have you practice on a mini zipline. This will be enough to ease your fear and get you started. Now on the real fun!
The equipment is in good condition and the trails are very well maintained
Zipline
Ziplines are simply amazing! 11 zip lines each with unique and amazing views. Not for the faint of heart, they are high!. Each line is different, some are higher, and differ in views, speeds and lengths. I can't say enough about how great the staff is, They are extremely entertaining, excellent conversation, and helpful at all times. They are experienced and will provide great facts of the culture and their knowledge of their surroundings. They have a great sense of humor and really are dedicated to their job. You will really appreciate their constant attention to you.
The ziplines are incredible especially for those who have never experienced ziplining in their life
The last line is short and ends in the river, where you have the option to take a swim, It is optional, just keep in mind that you will end up getting wet, but hey that's part of the fun. We call it merging with nature.
It takes a little bit of walking to get through every zipline and activity. So expect to walk uphill. It will be totally worth it once you see the beautiful scenery this tour has to offer
The ziplines themselves are incredible. They will challenge your endurance and physical strength, but it will be so much fun. Absolutely surreal, and so worth it. The courses were well designed and the setting is awesome

Our daughter was a little small for some of the longer lines, so the guide accompanied her. This made for a very easy, fun and safe experience. You will take 11 ziplines some of which are really amazing! they are fast, long and have spectacular views of the jungle and the river in the background
Mules
After the zip lines we will be at the bottom of the mountain. So we will have mules to take us up the road back to the base camp which is about 15-20 minutes minutes away
The guides will help you get on the mules. The mules are well trained and will take you almost on "auto pilot" to the destination. The journey is not long and the animals are healthy and well cared for.
It is a lot of fun and a good opportunity to take a nice photo to remember your time here.
Tequila Tasting
At the end of the ziplines you will arrive at base camp. There are restaurants if you would like to eat (meals not included) you can also attend a free tequila tasting session while you are waiting for your return transportation. Again, this is completely optional
Photos
Finally, you will have the opportunity to see photos that the photographer has taken throughout the tour. It is recommended that you bring cash or credit card if you are interested in purchasing photos

1.- ¿Pasan por mí al hotel?
Si, siempre y cuando el hotel esté dentro de nuestra rutas pre establecidas
Manda un email con el nombre del hotel y con gusto le podemos confirmar la hora estimada de que pasaremos por ustedes.
2.- Estoy en un AIRBNB ¿Pueden pasar por mí?
Desafortunadamente si no están en algún hotel, se nos complica enormemente pasar por ustedes, sin embargo, podemos establecer un lugar de reunión cercano en donde nos podremos ver sin ningún problema.
3.- Quiero que pasen por mi en un horario especifico, ¿es posible?
Ya tenemos compromisos con horarios de pickup pactados en contratos anteriores, desafortunadamente, tenemos varios canales de ventas y ya tenemos comprometidos horarios estrictos de pickup.
4.- ¿En qué horario pasarían por nosotros?
Depende de la localización de su hotel, Cuando usted haga la reserva formal, se le mandara un recibo de confirmación de servicios en donde estará la hora estimado de pickup, le pedimos estar puntual pues el tiempo de tolerancia en esos casos es muy reducido.
5.- ¿Cómo los reconozco?
Cuando se le mande su recibo de confirmación de servicios se le enviara toda la información detallada, pero es fácil vamos a vocear su nombre que estará en una lista con toda su información como nombre completo, números telefónicos para que compruebe que si somos las mismas personas.
6.- ¿En que vehículo me pasarían a buscar?
Usualmente en camionetas toyota hiace o sprinters, pero puede variar dependiendo de la disponibilidad de las unidades.
7.- Como se si van a pasar con nosotros
Se le garantizamos, si es usted una persona muy desconfiada, hagamos un trato pague todo el día de la excursión (Pago en efectivo) *Aplican restricciones*.
Solo le pedimos que si por alguna razón no van a poder asistir nos avise lo mas pronto posible para evitar malgastar recursos.
8.- Se me hizo tarde ¿Me pueden esperar?
Tengo que ser muy sincero, es muy difícil, pues recuerde que tenemos que pasar por mas gente y la gente que esta a bordo se puede desesperar y presionarnos para irnos, le pedimos encarecidamente que estén puntuales en el lugar de reunión, en caso contrario tendría que llegar por su cuenta a nuestras instalaciones
9.- Ya estoy en el lugar de reunión, pero no los veo ¿qué hago?
Llame inmediatamente al numero de contacto que estará impreso en su recibo de confirmación de servicios, en donde le informaran en donde esta la camioneta o si hay algún retraso.
1.- Por las prisas no pude imprimir el recibo de confirmación de servicios ¿Que sucede?
No pasa nada, puede solicitar un recibo directamente a su WhatsApp o solo con su nombre y su número de confirmación que estará en su recibo de confirmación de servicios
2.- ¿Puedo enseñar mi recibo en mi celular?
Si. De hecho, es el método recomendado, por favor en la medida de lo posible no malgaste hojas, estamos en el siglo XXI, no es necesario

El marco de reservaciones en donde podemos garantizar el mismo precio, es desde 1 mes antes de la excursión hasta 1 noche antes de la excursión
5.- ¿Puedo pasar mi reservación a otra persona?
Si, siempre y cuando nos avise y pase la información de la otra persona
6.- ¿Puedo cambiar la fecha de mi reservación?
Si, siempre y cuando nos avise lo mas pronto posible para que esos espacios se puedan vender con algún otro cliente
7.- ¿No me siento bien? ¿Puedo cancelar?
Si, claro somos conscientes que a veces la cosas no salen como se planean, solo avísanos lo más pronto posible pata evitar penalizaciones
8.- ¿Cuáles son las políticas de cancelación y reembolso?
Usualmente son los siguientes criterios, pero puede variar por favor manda un email
- Reembolso del 100% si es con 48 horas de anticipación
- No hay reembolso si es no show

"An enormous thank you for making sure that 2 senior citizens had fun and felt safe doing the zip-line. My husband was struggling making some of the more steep climbs & every single one of those guides made sure he rested & even met him with water to drink. "If you are looking for amazing zip-lining and beautiful scenery, this place is the best! This is the second time visiting for us, and we highly recommend. The people are incredibly nice and accommodating. We took our family of 11, ages 13-75. There is quite a bit of hiking to get to each line, which was a little difficult for the grandparents, but they loved the zip-lining part. Our only complaint was we were a bit rushed afterward to sit down and enjoy our lunch at the restaurant, as the bus was headed back in 30 minutes after we were done with activity. This also limited our tequila tasting time. We were picked up in the marina area at 10:10am, and dropped back off by 4pm."
