If you are looking for something fun and adventurous to do during your vacation in Puerto Vallarta, this rock & river expedition is pure adrenaline from start to finish
This package offers different activities such as 7 ziplines, suspension bridges, 2 abseiling areas, a short tube ride along the river, and a mule ride from the valley
As you can see is even more than you could imagine. An adventure in the Sierra madre above Puerto Vallarta is epic, it's like a Jurassic park type of adventure, minus the dinosaurs

Pickup Location
There meeting places throughout Puerto Vallarta. We have offices in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, and for clients who are in hotels we have locations in close proximity. If you are visiting Puerto Vallarta on one of the cruise lines Carnival, Royal Caribbean, or Princess Cruise Lines we have offices outside the maritime terminal
If you are in the center of Puerto Vallarta there are several options in the city center, as well as options if you are staying further south in the area of Conchas Chinas or Mismaloya. We try to have all areas covered so that no one misses out on the fun

Transportation
The means of transportation is an open truck that will take you up the mountain. During the drive you will have the opportunity to see the picturesque center of Puerto Vallarta
The last part of the trip can get a little bit bumpy, due to the fact that the facilities are located up the mountain from Puerto Vallarta. Let me tell you, it is a fantastic experience with awesome views all the way. It is a warm-up for the fun that awaits later
Welcome
When you arrive you will be welcomed by the host with a small welcome juice. There are facilities available to prepare yourself for the tour. It is recommended that you use sunscreen and mosquito repellent. There are lockers available where you can security leave your things
We have a great organization, there will be a meeting with the guides and an instruction session that will ease any nerves or fears you may have. The guides will go over the security measures and expectations for the excursion, Your safety is our number one priority and the guides will ensure that everyone has a clear understanding before the tour
During the meeting it's important to tell the guides if it's your first time zip lining or if you are afraid of height. The instructors are very attentive and will make you feel safe at all times. They will teach you how to use the safety rigging and climbing hardware. Don't worry, once you sit down you won't be able to wait to try out the ziplines
Zipline
The guides will help you get all the gear on for the zipline and will show you how to use it. Next, you will take a ride on a small zipline just to try it out, and make sure that you are comfortable. The lines are very stable and safe. You can choose to ride with a guide if you are unsure

"The set up is great, the area is beautiful and the ziplines are set up to 'slide' right in. The entire set up makes it feel more like an excursion instead of a course. My husband went several times with one of the guides, and said it was amazing!. After an hour or so of hiking, zipline and rappel through the jungle the last line drops you directly into the river. Between the ziplines you have the opportunity to rappel, usually this is a new experience for most. It can be kind of intimidating because you have to go out into the abyss before descending, you will love it! then you go back up to repeat, but this time "free fall", as you slide straight down as fast as you dare! My son found this really scary but he was having so much fun, he couldn't stop rappelling, over and over again
Downstream tubing
There is a ride where everyone gets on a tube and glides down the river. This is so much fun and a good way to cool off. Relaxing in the ride down is a trip itself.
In the middle of this incredible landscape river tubing is great. The river waters are clean and fast flowing. The river has a refreshing temperature, it's really the king of freshness that you want to cool you off, at the end of the tour there is a team of mules that welcome you to take you back yo the side of the mountain where this excursion began
Mule Ride
Pretty cool, assuming you don't live on a farm and ride mules all day. For us it was a new experience, we had never even ridden horses. Taking the mules was a great experience a lot of fun
Post Excursion Experience
You will have time to enjoy the mountain views, along with a drink or food in the restaurant
There is also a tequila tasting which is optional. For those interested in purchasing photos that were taken throughout the excursion there is a booth where you can review and purchase those photos. Again completely optional

1.- ¿Pasan por mí al hotel?
Si, siempre y cuando el hotel esté dentro de nuestra rutas pre establecidas
Manda un email con el nombre del hotel y con gusto le podemos confirmar la hora estimada de que pasaremos por ustedes.
2.- Estoy en un AIRBNB ¿Pueden pasar por mí?
Desafortunadamente si no están en algún hotel, se nos complica enormemente pasar por ustedes, sin embargo, podemos establecer un lugar de reunión cercano en donde nos podremos ver sin ningún problema.
3.- Quiero que pasen por mi en un horario especifico, ¿es posible?
Ya tenemos compromisos con horarios de pickup pactados en contratos anteriores, desafortunadamente, tenemos varios canales de ventas y ya tenemos comprometidos horarios estrictos de pickup.
4.- ¿En qué horario pasarían por nosotros?
Depende de la localización de su hotel, Cuando usted haga la reserva formal, se le mandara un recibo de confirmación de servicios en donde estará la hora estimado de pickup, le pedimos estar puntual pues el tiempo de tolerancia en esos casos es muy reducido.
5.- ¿Cómo los reconozco?
Cuando se le mande su recibo de confirmación de servicios se le enviara toda la información detallada, pero es fácil vamos a vocear su nombre que estará en una lista con toda su información como nombre completo, números telefónicos para que compruebe que si somos las mismas personas.
6.- ¿En que vehículo me pasarían a buscar?
Usualmente en camionetas toyota hiace o sprinters, pero puede variar dependiendo de la disponibilidad de las unidades.
7.- Como se si van a pasar con nosotros
Se le garantizamos, si es usted una persona muy desconfiada, hagamos un trato pague todo el día de la excursión (Pago en efectivo) *Aplican restricciones*.
Solo le pedimos que si por alguna razón no van a poder asistir nos avise lo mas pronto posible para evitar malgastar recursos.
8.- Se me hizo tarde ¿Me pueden esperar?
Tengo que ser muy sincero, es muy difícil, pues recuerde que tenemos que pasar por mas gente y la gente que esta a bordo se puede desesperar y presionarnos para irnos, le pedimos encarecidamente que estén puntuales en el lugar de reunión, en caso contrario tendría que llegar por su cuenta a nuestras instalaciones
9.- Ya estoy en el lugar de reunión, pero no los veo ¿qué hago?
Llame inmediatamente al numero de contacto que estará impreso en su recibo de confirmación de servicios, en donde le informaran en donde esta la camioneta o si hay algún retraso.
1.- Por las prisas no pude imprimir el recibo de confirmación de servicios ¿Que sucede?
No pasa nada, puede solicitar un recibo directamente a su WhatsApp o solo con su nombre y su número de confirmación que estará en su recibo de confirmación de servicios
2.- ¿Puedo enseñar mi recibo en mi celular?

"We did the River Expedition, myself and 2 boys aged 14 and 12. 7 Ziplines, rappelling, tubing in the river and a mule ride back to the base. It was a great experience from start to finish. Guides were really knowledgeable and we had great interactions with them. At no point was I nervous, even as I watched my boys disappear down the rappelling wall... We had an amazing time, and thank you as well to Tony for all the great pictures. The scenery was spectacular, and the fact that we had a really small group I'm sure helped as well. "We took the zip line, tubing, rappelling, donkey, and tequila tour. Our guides were the best. We speak very little Spanish, but everyone at Canopy River graciously spoke English with us. Our group of 6 started off nervous, but the instructions given were very clear, safety procedures were very consistent, rigging and climbing hardware looked good and we never felt unsafe for a moment. It was worth the price and we had a great time. Even the young lady who was scared was eventually able to zip on her own. Some of us even went upside down!!! Gorgeous scenery!"

"We purchased the Zip Lining, Repelling, Tubing, Burro ride, Tequila tasting combo through my hotel. We arrived at the office and filled out the paperwork, which only took a couple minutes. We were picked up in an open hair bus/truck that drove us up the mountain to Canopy River. The trip only took about 20 minutes and was really awesome. When we arrived everything was very organized and it only took us minutes until we were getting our training for the zip lines. Our crew; Omar, Misael, Manuel, and Moises were AMAZING. They made sure everything moved quickly, but also kept our safety as their first priority. This package was great, because it gave you a taste of many different activities. My group had been Zip Lining many times in the past, so it was nice to only do a couple zip lines along with all the other activities. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting."

"This expedition was one of the highlights of our trip. We took an open-air truck from the northern resort area to Canopy River which gave us the opportunity to see downtown Puerto Vallarta. When we arrived at Canopy River, we were greeted by a friendly host who explained that we would be going on a trek with one adventure leading to the next, so we needed to leave our belongings, including sunglasses behind. The young, friendly, energetic guides helped us feel comfortable with the gear and then we were off. Our family of four, including two older teenage boys, were all a bit frightened on the first zipline which was high and long. Our trek included 7 zip lines, a few suspended foot bridges, two areas of rappelling, a short river tubing ride, and a mule ride back up from the valley. The guides used humor and encouragement to make the time really enjoyable. There were a few times, especially on some of the footbridges and in the open-air seatbelt-less truck, that lower than US safety standards caught our attention. But, I have to admit that the lower safety standards did add to the sense of adventure. This was a fun trip that kept our entire family entertained."
