Welcome & Transportation to Las Caletas
The meeting place for this tour is at Puerto Vallarta adventure facilities located in Nuevo Vallarta check this map. There will be cashiers at your service to complete the check in process
You will be given information and you will take a boat through the Bay of Flags to see rhythms of the night. It should be noted that Las Caletas is only accessible by boat which adds spectacular touch to the excursion
The boats are fantastic, a good size catamaran style which makes them very stable, and safe, no reason to be nervous. The most important part of this boat is our crew. They are incredibly professional, fun and keep drinks full throughout the tour
The trip to Las Caletas has stunning views of the entire bay of Banderas and a panoramic view of Puerto Vallarta with the Sierra Madre mountains on the horizon. In addition to the cool sea breeze caressing your face, a cold drink in your hand, and great company will make this a very interesting and entertaining tour
We cannot guarantee it 100% but if you come in the winter it is very likely that you will see whale sharks on the way to the coves. If we see any on the way we will go close so that you can enjoy the view
Las Caletas - A secret beach in Puerto Vallarta

Savia was created by Giles St Croix the co-founder of Cirque du Solei and scenographer in charge is Eugenio Caballero winner of the Oscar for the art direction in the film "El Laberinto del fauno"

The show is exceptional! So much going on, comedy, amazing dancers, singers, musicians, juggling, gymnastics, and outstandings fire show. The cast fly through the air, climb trees and interact with the audience. Really too much to put into words it's something you have to come and see with your own eyes, The night passes quickly, before you know it, your back on the boat returning to Puerto Vallarta

2.- Estoy en un AIRBNB ¿Pueden pasar por mí?
Desafortunadamente si no están en algún hotel, se nos complica enormemente pasar por ustedes, sin embargo, podemos establecer un lugar de reunión cercano en donde nos podremos ver sin ningún problema.
3.- Quiero que pasen por mi en un horario especifico, ¿es posible?
Ya tenemos compromisos con horarios de pickup pactados en contratos anteriores, desafortunadamente, tenemos varios canales de ventas y ya tenemos comprometidos horarios estrictos de pickup.
4.- ¿En qué horario pasarían por nosotros?
Depende de la localización de su hotel, Cuando usted haga la reserva formal, se le mandara un recibo de confirmación de servicios en donde estará la hora estimado de pickup, le pedimos estar puntual pues el tiempo de tolerancia en esos casos es muy reducido.

Usualmente en camionetas toyota hiace o sprinters, pero puede variar dependiendo de la disponibilidad de las unidades.
7.- Como se si van a pasar con nosotros
Se le garantizamos, si es usted una persona muy desconfiada, hagamos un trato pague todo el día de la excursión (Pago en efectivo) *Aplican restricciones*.
Solo le pedimos que si por alguna razón no van a poder asistir nos avise lo mas pronto posible para evitar malgastar recursos.
8.- Se me hizo tarde ¿Me pueden esperar?
Tengo que ser muy sincero, es muy difícil, pues recuerde que tenemos que pasar por mas gente y la gente que esta a bordo se puede desesperar y presionarnos para irnos, le pedimos encarecidamente que estén puntuales en el lugar de reunión, en caso contrario tendría que llegar por su cuenta a nuestras instalaciones
9.- Ya estoy en el lugar de reunión, pero no los veo ¿qué hago?
Llame inmediatamente al numero de contacto que estará impreso en su recibo de confirmación de servicios, en donde le informaran en donde esta la camioneta o si hay algún retraso.
1.- Por las prisas no pude imprimir el recibo de confirmación de servicios ¿Que sucede?
No pasa nada, puede solicitar un recibo directamente a su WhatsApp o solo con su nombre y su número de confirmación que estará en su recibo de confirmación de servicios
2.- ¿Puedo enseñar mi recibo en mi celular?

"Booked this last minute for our last night in Puerto Vallarta. The crew made every effort to keep us entertained and upbeat for the 40 minute boat ride. The drinks were good and we snacked on the pigs-in-a-blanket as well. The entertainment venue was very impressive with the waterfall and lights. The show was better than your average tropical beach show. Afterwards we were seated on the beach with hundreds of lit candles. Very romantic! The food was good as it gets on a buffet line and our waiter kept our wine glasses full. Afterwards, he offered us Mexican coffee ...be sure to try it! We got back to port around midnight."

The show is ridiculously overpriced we were expecting something great not average. Also there are not washrooms at show and they give you lots if drinks then huge lineup on boat for washrooms and once off boat no washrooms till dinner after show. It was terrible waiting to get to washrooms. I wished I would have saved the 600 $"

"Went last year and we loved it. Ordered tickets online for 6 (at a discount) hoping to show our guests the same show we loved. It was good, but not how it was before. My main issue is that when we went in to register they tried to sell you an upgrade at $30.00 per person!!!!!! Crazy expensive, and we would be able to board catamaran first, have great seats at dinner and great seats at show. We did not choose this extra expense. Had no problem on the catamaran, had absolutely the best seats at dinner, overlooking the water, tipped someone $10.00 at show and we sat in first row! Don't pay the extra fee is my advice. Beautiful evening though for the most part"
