I'm not sure if my narration of this tour can do it any justice, so here is a video that explains in detail the types of lines this location has. It's important that after watching this video you return here to get a chance to read everything this excursion entails.
Detailed Description
In this excursion we think about the comfort of all of our clients. If someone in your group doesn't want to do the zipline excursion, they can go as an observer. There are other facilities located at the property where you can wait in the restaurant or in the river below. You will be able to see those on the lines above, so it will be as if you are still taking part in the adventure.
Meeting Points
There are meeting points throughout the Puerto Vallarta area. We have locations in Nuevo Vallarta, Conchas Chinas and Mismaloya. If you are visiting from a cruise ship we also have an office outside of the maritime terminal

Speedboat Transportation
The most impressive of transportation is in a Zodiac or Apex speedboat. The ride through the bay is very interesting, fun, and the views are amazing. It is a 25-30 minute tour. During the winter you might even see whales, sea lions and many birds. We can't guaranteed what you will see, but we will make our best effort to see some marine life
Everyone on the boat receives a brief safety lesson, and a lifejacket before heading to the bay. The final destination is south of Puerto Vallarta to Boca de Tomatlan. This is a very beautiful picturesque cove
Up to this point your only job will be to take in the scenery and of course applaud and enjoy with the members of the ship's crew
Once we reach Boca de Tomatlan you will disembark and we will take a short bus trip (approximately 20 minutes) up the mountain to the zipline trails. Driving in Mexico is always an adventure, and this is no different. Narrow winding roads with great views
Security
Once you arrive at the base camp our team of guides will get you on harnesses and equipment needed for the excursion. They will show you all the important hand signals and the zipline components. They will ensure that this adventure is both safe and fun. They will explain what to expect as well as how to interact with the guides throughout the tour
The guides will not only prepare you for the lines, they will share jokes, recommendations, and their experience. They take the trip to another level by offering to go with you on the lines so you can try different ways of riding the zipline, not just the traditional sitting position.
Zip Line
You will start out on the shorter lines. Those are little slower, so that you can get accumulated with the ziplines, and prepare for the faster lines
There is a little bit of walking between the ziplines, but we have water stations available on the route. The first lines have a longer distance in between, but it gets easier the farther you go along
The lines are long, some higher than others. The louder the scream, the better. The breaking is easy, the pulley system is very manageable. Staff will be there to greet you as you land. There will be staff with a GOPRO filming from nearby trees or on a tandem zipline ride with you. Feel free to hang upside down and let go
The mountain itself is very beautiful and the river that flows through the canyon gives the zipline a magical touch, Hanging from a zipline a few hundred feet above the treeline, ziping from tree to tree. The lines are exhilarating and it's a lot of fun
The crew will not pressure anyone to do any lines they do not want to do. I think everyone will push their limits and decide to fight their fears and take a special ride
The lines go through the valley which allows you to enjoy the views. The longer lines give you the ability to try crazy things, like riding upside down or turn on different sides
There are 15 ziplines in total. The first 4 "practice" lines you will always feel very secure during your experience
Post Zipline experience
After the ziplines you are free to swim in the river. This part of the river is incredible. There are toboganes and kayaks. The water is is refreshing, after the adrenaline and the physical wear of the ziplines
There is a restaurant on the grounds that serves good food, served by friendly staff. I recommend an order of the delicious guacamole and a beer to relax. The mango margaritas are a must, you will appreciate it
This facility also has a sanctuary for small animals from the area. Titi monkeys, macaws, toucans and parrots are amazing
You can pet them, and you can feed the animals, they are adorable. The animals are curious and will climb on you, what an incredible experience to be intimate with wildlife
There is also a tequila tasting experience at the facility when you finish you can see photos of your day. These photos are optional to buy

1.- ¿Pasan por mí al hotel?
Si, siempre y cuando el hotel esté dentro de nuestra rutas pre establecidas
Manda un email con el nombre del hotel y con gusto le podemos confirmar la hora estimada de que pasaremos por ustedes.
2.- Estoy en un AIRBNB ¿Pueden pasar por mí?
Desafortunadamente si no están en algún hotel, se nos complica enormemente pasar por ustedes, sin embargo, podemos establecer un lugar de reunión cercano en donde nos podremos ver sin ningún problema.
3.- Quiero que pasen por mi en un horario especifico, ¿es posible?
Ya tenemos compromisos con horarios de pickup pactados en contratos anteriores, desafortunadamente, tenemos varios canales de ventas y ya tenemos comprometidos horarios estrictos de pickup.
4.- ¿En qué horario pasarían por nosotros?
Depende de la localización de su hotel, Cuando usted haga la reserva formal, se le mandara un recibo de confirmación de servicios en donde estará la hora estimado de pickup, le pedimos estar puntual pues el tiempo de tolerancia en esos casos es muy reducido.
5.- ¿Cómo los reconozco?
Cuando se le mande su recibo de confirmación de servicios se le enviara toda la información detallada, pero es fácil vamos a vocear su nombre que estará en una lista con toda su información como nombre completo, números telefónicos para que compruebe que si somos las mismas personas.
6.- ¿En que vehículo me pasarían a buscar?
Usualmente en camionetas toyota hiace o sprinters, pero puede variar dependiendo de la disponibilidad de las unidades.
7.- Como se si van a pasar con nosotros
Se le garantizamos, si es usted una persona muy desconfiada, hagamos un trato pague todo el día de la excursión (Pago en efectivo) *Aplican restricciones*.
Solo le pedimos que si por alguna razón no van a poder asistir nos avise lo mas pronto posible para evitar malgastar recursos.
8.- Se me hizo tarde ¿Me pueden esperar?
Tengo que ser muy sincero, es muy difícil, pues recuerde que tenemos que pasar por mas gente y la gente que esta a bordo se puede desesperar y presionarnos para irnos, le pedimos encarecidamente que estén puntuales en el lugar de reunión, en caso contrario tendría que llegar por su cuenta a nuestras instalaciones
9.- Ya estoy en el lugar de reunión, pero no los veo ¿qué hago?
Llame inmediatamente al numero de contacto que estará impreso en su recibo de confirmación de servicios, en donde le informaran en donde esta la camioneta o si hay algún retraso.
1.- Por las prisas no pude imprimir el recibo de confirmación de servicios ¿Que sucede?
No pasa nada, puede solicitar un recibo directamente a su WhatsApp o solo con su nombre y su número de confirmación que estará en su recibo de confirmación de servicios
2.- ¿Puedo enseñar mi recibo en mi celular?

After the 14 zip lines then we had lunch, which is extra. While we waited we played with Toucans and monkeys! So fun. The kids then asked for the water slides to get turned on and they had fun swimming in the river. We had an overcast day, so the water was cold and the kids didn’t want to stay in. If I had to make any recommendations....it felt a bit rushed. If it was a warmer day, we would have wanted longer than 30 min to play in the water. As it turned out, it worked for us this time.
