Hiking on the mountains
Absolutely fabulous 6 mile hike in the beautiful sierra madre mountains
If you like to walk, and be in direct contact with nature then this tour is for you. The tour will depend a lot on the desire and physical conditions of the participants. The tour is moderately challenging, in a good way. The mountain trails are adequate for hiking and spectacular views
We will go up with incredible and infinite views of nature. There are surprises around every corner. Listen carefully to the guides, they have impressive knowledge about the history of the area. You will most likely see macaws, listen to the parrots that are hidden in the trees and plants along the way, you will be able to try some wild fruits, see small walking river beds, and much much more
If you are passionate about birds, this excursion is perfect for you, as you know many birds hide deep in the jungle. Normally this would make sighting the birds more difficult however, our guides are self taught naturalists, with the experience of living life in the mountains. In fact just about everyone lives a few kilometers from their place to work. So they know all of the hidden places for the birds, and where to see them. In addition to the bird songs which will surround completely the quieter you are the more sights and sounds you will experience
The conversation with the guides is very interesting, they will accompany you through the mountains and tell you everything about the plants and animals. They will show you facts about the flora and fauna of the area, and teach you a lot about the natural environment that surrounds you, they will explain to you about the surrounding towns and how everything was built. Imagine jumping from some rocks into a pond formed by a hidden waterfall. It's a truly amazing
The waterfall (which is hard to find if it weren't for the tour) is beautiful. The true highlight of this tour. Taking a dip in the refreshing waters is very relaxing and a well deserved escape from the heat. The water is crystal clear, don't forget you swimsuit
The waters from the waterfall form a natural pool isolated by the waterfall. For those brave enough, you can walk to the base of the waterfall and climb a rope ladder to jump in the river. You won't be able to resist taking an opportunity like this, you will love it
Jorullo Bridge
One of the longest suspension bridge, it is an amazing bridge that crosses the river and the lower part offers stunning views of the valley
The bridge is wide enough for an ATV to cross. We will stop in the middle of the bridge to take some very nice photos of the bridge and its surroundings amazing views
Crossing the bridge is a highlight of the walking tour, you may be a little scared at first, but our guides will be there to help you find your confidence. The bridge is very safe and the views and experience will be well worth it

1.- ¿Pasan por mí al hotel?
Si, siempre y cuando el hotel esté dentro de nuestra rutas pre establecidas
Manda un email con el nombre del hotel y con gusto le podemos confirmar la hora estimada de que pasaremos por ustedes.
2.- Estoy en un AIRBNB ¿Pueden pasar por mí?
Desafortunadamente si no están en algún hotel, se nos complica enormemente pasar por ustedes, sin embargo, podemos establecer un lugar de reunión cercano en donde nos podremos ver sin ningún problema.
3.- Quiero que pasen por mi en un horario especifico, ¿es posible?
Ya tenemos compromisos con horarios de pickup pactados en contratos anteriores, desafortunadamente, tenemos varios canales de ventas y ya tenemos comprometidos horarios estrictos de pickup.
4.- ¿En qué horario pasarían por nosotros?
Depende de la localización de su hotel, Cuando usted haga la reserva formal, se le mandara un recibo de confirmación de servicios en donde estará la hora estimado de pickup, le pedimos estar puntual pues el tiempo de tolerancia en esos casos es muy reducido.
5.- ¿Cómo los reconozco?
Cuando se le mande su recibo de confirmación de servicios se le enviara toda la información detallada, pero es fácil vamos a vocear su nombre que estará en una lista con toda su información como nombre completo, números telefónicos para que compruebe que si somos las mismas personas.
6.- ¿En que vehículo me pasarían a buscar?
Usualmente en camionetas toyota hiace o sprinters, pero puede variar dependiendo de la disponibilidad de las unidades.
7.- Como se si van a pasar con nosotros
Se le garantizamos, si es usted una persona muy desconfiada, hagamos un trato pague todo el día de la excursión (Pago en efectivo) *Aplican restricciones*.
Solo le pedimos que si por alguna razón no van a poder asistir nos avise lo mas pronto posible para evitar malgastar recursos.
8.- Se me hizo tarde ¿Me pueden esperar?
Tengo que ser muy sincero, es muy difícil, pues recuerde que tenemos que pasar por mas gente y la gente que esta a bordo se puede desesperar y presionarnos para irnos, le pedimos encarecidamente que estén puntuales en el lugar de reunión, en caso contrario tendría que llegar por su cuenta a nuestras instalaciones
9.- Ya estoy en el lugar de reunión, pero no los veo ¿qué hago?
Llame inmediatamente al numero de contacto que estará impreso en su recibo de confirmación de servicios, en donde le informaran en donde esta la camioneta o si hay algún retraso.
1.- Por las prisas no pude imprimir el recibo de confirmación de servicios ¿Que sucede?
No pasa nada, puede solicitar un recibo directamente a su WhatsApp o solo con su nombre y su número de confirmación que estará en su recibo de confirmación de servicios
2.- ¿Puedo enseñar mi recibo en mi celular?

"We did the afternoon hike. Ou guide was friendly and told us about the building of the Jorrulo bridge and the whole area being developed for tourism. He had a constant supply of water for us which was good and necessary. Apparently El Jorullo the longest suspension bridge in the world. Although I sincerely doubt it but it's definitely a very cool bridge. The waterfall and the river around it was the highlight of the hike"

"My husband and I went on the Jorullo Bridge hike this morning and really enjoyed it!. After being picked up in town, we were trucked out to the ranch. The greeting from our guide was very nice! Our tour guide Arturo was knowledgeable, funny and kind. We loved seeing the animals along the way, the waterfall area was gorgeous and Arturo pointed out plants and things as well. I would absolutely recommend this. I would say it is an easy-moderate hike. I recommend wearing good shoes with grip and covered toes for sure."

His knowledge of the area was fantastic and he did everything he could to make sure we enjoyed the hike from the very beginning when we had to cross a fairly long suspension bridge - my husband is very afraid of heights - Arturo talked him across and made him comfortable. Waterfall was beautiful and highlight of the hike. Afterward, we had margaritas made by Victor which were a couple of the best we had on our entire trip."

"We had Omar for our guide. He spoke great English , very knowledgeable, and was so funny too! The landscape we seen was so beautiful. Seen orchids, macaws and heard the parrots but were hidden in the trees. Ware waterproof hiking shoes, is so helpful as we crossed thru small river beds and went up and down many hills. We had fresh guacamole with chips and had 2 cold beers waiting for us. We didn't try the tequila because we were exhausted after a 3 .5 hour hike lol, but it was offered. I would recommend to anyone who loves adventure as much as we do."
