Below we provide you with a detailed description of the excursion. If you are interested it is important that you read each section carefully, so that you have a clear understanding of the tour
Meeting place
We have several meeting places throughout Puerto Vallarta and even Nuevo Vallarta. We also have offices outside of the maritime terminal in case you are visiting Puerto Vallarta from one of the cruise lines. if you are staying in the center of the city, mismaloya or Conchas Chinas we also have pickup places near those areas
In short, we have a nearby meeting point in almost all areas in and near Puerto Vallarta. Send us an email or message with the name of your hotel, or the address where you are staying and we will indicate the closest meeting place
Transportation
The facilities are up the mountain from the city of Puerto Vallarta. Once you arrive at the meeting place our representatives will indicate where the transportation up the mountain is located. The journey is very picturesque
We will cross the whole city, and you will be able to see the local side of Puerto Vallarta. It is a great experience
Facilities
The location for this excursion is spectacular, tucked away in the mountains on the outskirts of town. Far enough away from the city which allows us to connect with nature. This company not only offer horseback riding, they also have ziplines, ATV'S, restaurants, and a pool
The views are breathtaking, the terrain on the canopy river exceeds any of the other tourist attractions in the Puerto Vallarta area. We have over 1000 acres of mountains and rivers which is owned by 165 local farmers, there is definitely enough space to ride for a long time. We have pre-made trails to make this an exciting experience. You will be fascinated while passing through the most spectacular places on this property
What makes this area even more enjoyable is the pride the owners have for their land. You will have a better understanding and appreciation for the area. It is just one thing that sets them apart, and you will notice it before you even get there
Horse Ride
When you think of a horseback riding excursion in Puerto Vallarta you think of a relatively flat and smooth area, sometimes even a beach. Well let me tell you that we have more than that. It is a journey through tropical forest, going up and down the mountains of the sierra madre occidental, you will experience infinite and beautiful landscapes surrounding you
Throughout the journey but especially through the tropical forest there are many opportunities to see macaws plus many other exotic birds that inhabit this ecosystem. You might even see cows grazing on the land nearby
The horses are very noble and kind, they will basically guide themselves. They are perfect for beginners, and are in excellent condition. Perfectly trained and very docile, so you will always be in good hand. Add that to the landscapes, and views, not much more that you could ask for during this amazing horseback tour in Puerto Vallarta
If you have never ridden a horse, but it has always been on your "to-do list" this would be the perfect time. Those animals are amazing with lovely dispositions. They all have very different personalities, and are very easy to deal with on the challenging trails. The guides are there at all times to advise you, and if necessary teach you how to ride. The guides will assist you getting on and off the horse throughout the journey
Along the route there is a river with a waterfall where we will stop to rest, drink some water and stretch your legs. A small snack of fruits will be served in this location. It is a beautiful place to visit, and without the knowledge and assistance from our guides, it would be a location difficult to find
There are 2 river crossings where you will have the opportunity to cross the river with your horse. So expect to get wet (The rider is knee deep, the legs of the horse and about half of their torso will be underwater) honestly one of the most amazing parts of the tour. The excellent communication between the horse, the rider, and the surrounding nature reminds me a lot the movie Avatar

Post Tour Experience
At the end of the excursion with the horses we return to the base camp and you can rest by the pool, or have a bite to eat at the restaurant / bar (with extra charge) with views of the great landscapes
There is an optional tequila tasting which is absolutely delicious. It is not a commercial tequila, and can not be found in any supermarket in Mexico, or in the united states. There are some that are made with honey, others with nuts, and even white chocolate. Keep in mind you can only buy this onsite and it is only sold in 750 ml bottles

1.- ¿Pasan por mí al hotel?
Si, siempre y cuando el hotel esté dentro de nuestra rutas pre establecidas
Manda un email con el nombre del hotel y con gusto le podemos confirmar la hora estimada de que pasaremos por ustedes.
2.- Estoy en un AIRBNB ¿Pueden pasar por mí?
Desafortunadamente si no están en algún hotel, se nos complica enormemente pasar por ustedes, sin embargo, podemos establecer un lugar de reunión cercano en donde nos podremos ver sin ningún problema.
3.- Quiero que pasen por mi en un horario especifico, ¿es posible?
Ya tenemos compromisos con horarios de pickup pactados en contratos anteriores, desafortunadamente, tenemos varios canales de ventas y ya tenemos comprometidos horarios estrictos de pickup.
4.- ¿En qué horario pasarían por nosotros?
Depende de la localización de su hotel, Cuando usted haga la reserva formal, se le mandara un recibo de confirmación de servicios en donde estará la hora estimado de pickup, le pedimos estar puntual pues el tiempo de tolerancia en esos casos es muy reducido.
5.- ¿Cómo los reconozco?
Cuando se le mande su recibo de confirmación de servicios se le enviara toda la información detallada, pero es fácil vamos a vocear su nombre que estará en una lista con toda su información como nombre completo, números telefónicos para que compruebe que si somos las mismas personas.
6.- ¿En que vehículo me pasarían a buscar?
Usualmente en camionetas toyota hiace o sprinters, pero puede variar dependiendo de la disponibilidad de las unidades.
7.- Como se si van a pasar con nosotros
Se le garantizamos, si es usted una persona muy desconfiada, hagamos un trato pague todo el día de la excursión (Pago en efectivo) *Aplican restricciones*.
Solo le pedimos que si por alguna razón no van a poder asistir nos avise lo mas pronto posible para evitar malgastar recursos.
8.- Se me hizo tarde ¿Me pueden esperar?
Tengo que ser muy sincero, es muy difícil, pues recuerde que tenemos que pasar por mas gente y la gente que esta a bordo se puede desesperar y presionarnos para irnos, le pedimos encarecidamente que estén puntuales en el lugar de reunión, en caso contrario tendría que llegar por su cuenta a nuestras instalaciones
9.- Ya estoy en el lugar de reunión, pero no los veo ¿qué hago?
Llame inmediatamente al numero de contacto que estará impreso en su recibo de confirmación de servicios, en donde le informaran en donde esta la camioneta o si hay algún retraso.
1.- Por las prisas no pude imprimir el recibo de confirmación de servicios ¿Que sucede?
No pasa nada, puede solicitar un recibo directamente a su WhatsApp o solo con su nombre y su número de confirmación que estará en su recibo de confirmación de servicios
2.- ¿Puedo enseñar mi recibo en mi celular?
Si. De hecho, es el método recomendado, por favor en la medida de lo posible no malgaste hojas, estamos en el siglo XXI, no es necesario
3.- ¿Cómo debo ir vestido?

Si, siempre y cuando nos avise y pase la información de la otra persona

Si, siempre y cuando nos avise lo mas pronto posible para que esos espacios se puedan vender con algún otro cliente
7.- ¿No me siento bien? ¿Puedo cancelar?
Si, claro somos conscientes que a veces la cosas no salen como se planean, solo avísanos lo más pronto posible pata evitar penalizaciones
8.- ¿Cuáles son las políticas de cancelación y reembolso?

- Reembolso del 100% si es con 48 horas de anticipación
- No hay reembolso si es no show

"The guides were fantastic and helped my Mother and Aunt who were not prepared for this adventure. After taking a hike on horseback (muleback), we stopped at a stream to ride a horse in the water and enjoy a snack break. The return trip has wider paths and was less intimidating than the narrow paths on the first ride. I would recommend this adventure for active adults that seek adventure. The views are beautiful and I loved it!"

"Wow, this was quite an adventure! I call it “extreme” horseback riding because it was pretty intense! When I think of trail rides (based on my experience in the states), I think of relatively flat, smooth dirt paths that the horses know well and that don’t require any riding skill. This was NOT that kind of ride. The ride took us through the jungle, up and down some steep ascents and descents. When I say pretty steep, I mean up and down pitches that were about 45 degrees, on a trail that was covered in large boulders and rocks. The horses hooves were sliding on the rock and it took some pretty careful navigation and awareness of the leoper riding position. We both had experience riding, and even so, I was a little nervous in some places. Wear long pants because navigating the large boulders on the narrow trail in shorts left me with some minor scrapes. There were 2 river crossings that took us knee-deep in the river, so expect to get wet (the rider is knee deep, not the horse; the horses’ legs and about half their torsos were underwater)."

"We booked a four hour tour expecting a 20 min Ride. What we got was almost 3 hours up and down paths. Lots of bumps and puddles that the kids loved. (At least one of them). We went to a waterfall that would be hard felt to find if for not the tour. We saw some great views. It was fantastic. We all loved it."
