Meeting Place
The meeting place of this excursion is in the center of Puerto Vallarta in a very central place where we will have everything we need to start the tour
It is strategically located so that it is easy to find and located not far from the places we will be visiting. By the end of the tour you will be very familiar with the center of Puerto Vallarta. The entire tour lasts about 3.5 hours
Bikes
It is a very easy bike ride, it is not a very long journey, you just need to have experience riding a bike. 1.- ¿Pasan por mí al hotel?
Si, siempre y cuando el hotel esté dentro de nuestra rutas pre establecidas
Manda un email con el nombre del hotel y con gusto le podemos confirmar la hora estimada de que pasaremos por ustedes.
2.- Estoy en un AIRBNB ¿Pueden pasar por mí?
Desafortunadamente si no están en algún hotel, se nos complica enormemente pasar por ustedes, sin embargo, podemos establecer un lugar de reunión cercano en donde nos podremos ver sin ningún problema.
3.- Quiero que pasen por mi en un horario especifico, ¿es posible?
Ya tenemos compromisos con horarios de pickup pactados en contratos anteriores, desafortunadamente, tenemos varios canales de ventas y ya tenemos comprometidos horarios estrictos de pickup.
4.- ¿En qué horario pasarían por nosotros?
Depende de la localización de su hotel, Cuando usted haga la reserva formal, se le mandara un recibo de confirmación de servicios en donde estará la hora estimado de pickup, le pedimos estar puntual pues el tiempo de tolerancia en esos casos es muy reducido.
5.- ¿Cómo los reconozco?
Cuando se le mande su recibo de confirmación de servicios se le enviara toda la información detallada, pero es fácil vamos a vocear su nombre que estará en una lista con toda su información como nombre completo, números telefónicos para que compruebe que si somos las mismas personas.
6.- ¿En que vehículo me pasarían a buscar?
Usualmente en camionetas toyota hiace o sprinters, pero puede variar dependiendo de la disponibilidad de las unidades.
7.- Como se si van a pasar con nosotros
Se le garantizamos, si es usted una persona muy desconfiada, hagamos un trato pague todo el día de la excursión (Pago en efectivo) *Aplican restricciones*.
Solo le pedimos que si por alguna razón no van a poder asistir nos avise lo mas pronto posible para evitar malgastar recursos.
8.- Se me hizo tarde ¿Me pueden esperar?
Tengo que ser muy sincero, es muy difícil, pues recuerde que tenemos que pasar por mas gente y la gente que esta a bordo se puede desesperar y presionarnos para irnos, le pedimos encarecidamente que estén puntuales en el lugar de reunión, en caso contrario tendría que llegar por su cuenta a nuestras instalaciones
9.- Ya estoy en el lugar de reunión, pero no los veo ¿qué hago?
Llame inmediatamente al numero de contacto que estará impreso en su recibo de confirmación de servicios, en donde le informaran en donde esta la camioneta o si hay algún retraso.
1.- Por las prisas no pude imprimir el recibo de confirmación de servicios ¿Que sucede?
No pasa nada, puede solicitar un recibo directamente a su WhatsApp o solo con su nombre y su número de confirmación que estará en su recibo de confirmación de servicios
2.- ¿Puedo enseñar mi recibo en mi celular?

Si, claro somos conscientes que a veces la cosas no salen como se planean, solo avísanos lo más pronto posible pata evitar penalizaciones
8.- ¿Cuáles son las políticas de cancelación y reembolso?

Due to the nature of this excursion there are a few restrictions. Please check the following list to avoid misunderstandings
- Minimum height is 5 feet
- Maximum group size is 8 people
- Not designed for vegetarians, or those with allergies to specific food items
- It is necessary to know how to ride a bicycle and have good reflexes and good mobility
- Must be able to ride a bike on your own for approximately 4.5 miles (7 km)
- The minimum age to participate in this excursion is 14 years old
- The use of cameras, cell phones or gopros is prohibited during the ride on the bicycle for security reasons
- It is important to be on time at the meeting place out of respect for other guest, remember this is a shared excursion
- People under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Can not participate with obvious effects of alcohol or drugs
- Not recommended for pregnant women or those with back or neck problems
- Be well physically and emotionally
- Have a feeling of tolerance and respect for others

"We had the great pleasure of taking our third Vallarta Food tour. We had such a great experience on the first two that we decided to try the new Bikes and Bites Food Tour - 3.5 hours of biking about 4.5 miles and eating our way through 3 magnificent tacos, a batch of Tuba Juice (by Concepcion, of course!) and the best ice cream with the most unusual flavors we have ever encountered. We rode along a bike path and/or on the Malecon for the most part - there was very little street riding and when we were in the street, it was usually a quiet side street. Our guide, was fun, friendly and simply fabulous! We enjoyed his commentary, recommendations and general friendliness very much. Our first stop was a fantastic, flavorful carnitas taco with a choice of a number of salsas ranging from mild to super hot. Our second stop was an unusual pork taco where the meat was deep fried to a crispy, crunchy texture. One of the guests in our group commented that it didn’t get any better than that! True. Our third taco stop was a crispy taco (fried in the taco shell so that the shells were crispy) - also very flavorful and wonderful. Then we rode for awhile until we found Concepcion and his Tuba Juice - if you have not tried this juice, you are missing out on one of the most flavorful drinks in the region. Our last stop was to an ice cream shop where all the ice cream is made by hand and includes some of the most unusual flavors - mescal & fig, strawberry, cherry and almond, tequila, corn...the list was endless and you could try as many as you wanted until you found a flavor you wanted to eat a whole cup of...which of course we did. We also stopped at a market to see the seafood and fresh produce as well as a vanilla shop (a must do when in Mexico). All in all it was a wonderful experience - and one we will repeat whenever we come to Puerto Vallarta - it is an excellent way to find the best regional food!"

"The food was so good. You won't want to eat before you go because the "Bites" are full home-made local portions of whatever the goodness is you are sampling. The bike riding was unique that we drove through neighborhoods and into places tourists don't typically go. Our guide was well known in all the small venues and it was like being part of his Puerta Vallarta food family as we rode through town. This activity is well worth the money. I wish there were more like them in other places. It is a great way to experience a city and its culture."

"Our guides name is Jury and she knew exactly where to go for the best tacos and fresh smoothies. She told us about the different ways each stand prepared their special tacos and we really got the feel of being a part of the neighborhood. Bikes were in great shape and rode easy, I consider getting a upgraded cruiser for myself now. If you want to get a good idea of what's around the area to feel more comfortable exploring on your own later, absolutely do this tour. Jury even told us how to get to other hiking trails we asked about and recommended other places to visit."

"We took the tour after we had been in PV for a few days. I wish we had taken it the first day because it's a great way to orient oneself to the city. Our guide was very knowledgeable and wonderful. The bikes are great and have balloon tires so you can navigate over the cobblestones (most of the riding is NOT on cobblestones). it's easy biking. The tacos were varied and amazing and guide knows a lot about the people who own them. We also visited a smoothie place, another drink place (fermented palm tree sap with fruit!) and fantastic ice cream. We took a similar type of tour in Mexico City but this was more fun. Highly recommend"

"My husband, son and I took the Bike and Food Tour. We were able to enjoy the first 2 stops (delicious carnitas tacos and a green juice to die for) but on our way to the third stop, I fell from the bike and wasn't able to continue riding. Our guide Juri was super nice, thoughtful and quick to act, and the tour company owner immediately came to pick us up. Luckily my injury was not serious so the only thing we regret is that we were not able to finish this lovely, yummy tour. "We actually only did the taco tour as it was too busy to bike as well due to it being Semana Santa (Easter). My husband, 14yr son and myself thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our guide, Manuel (?) was very pleasant and enthusiastic. He explained each taco and the various sauces that were available as add-ons. All were delicious! I loved the short bus ride, at one point, that made you feel like a local and the amazing churros that we had for dessert at the end of the tour. The best I've ever had! Gracias!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and guide, Jori. All the stops featured delicious food and we saw areas of PVR that we wouldn't normally see. Be sure to check the cruise boat schedule. The day we booked the tour for was the same day the ships were in town so the boardwalk was full of tourists on excursions. The church was so packed/busy we had to skip it. We would have liked to hear more history and background on the City. Highly recommended activity and tour."

"Yes, I can ride a bike, but wasn't comfortable on narrow sidewalks and cobblestone streets so we quit the tour at the third location. The three stops we made had great food and I would have loved to continue. Not two minutes after we told our guide that we were leaving the tour he came back to tell us that he had contacted the owner and we would be getting a refund. We certainly didn't expect this. We were also given other incentives to make us feel better and try another tour. I would say this is a fine organization with the customer's needs coming first. I recommend them highly. We did take another tour which was great and I'll review that separately."
